Providing recruitment nationwide and some overseas, catering for hotels, restaurants, industrial catering companies, hospitals, guesthouses, bars, heritage centres, delicatessen, fast food outlets, cafes and all other catering establishments.
Our candidates include all levels of staff in the industry, from Executive Head Chefs to Commis Chefs, General Managers to Junior Managers, Supervisors and Hotel Trained Receptions.
Training
We offer customised training courses to all catering establishments. The demand for these has centred on Customer Care and Presentation/Telephone Handling.
We have completed these for many of the leading hotels and restaurants in the south.

About us....
To date Future Focus Ltd, has registered in excess of 5000 candidates specifically qualified or in training in the industry.
Our Client base is over 800 employers, who are located mainly in Ireland, but also in the UK.
A large percentage of our business is repeat business from the hotel, restaurant and industrial catering area, and we work with large multi-property companies i.e. the larger hotel groups and many small one unit properties.
It is vitally important to us that our clients and candidates are satisfied with our services as we rely heavily on repeat business from our clients and from referrals from our candidates.
Adhering to strict procedures for interviewing candidates and trying to match their expectations with those of the clients is our ultimate goal.
After over twenty years in business, we have a learned how to listen better to both client and candidate to satisfy both and hence maintain our business and our market share.
